Terms and Conditions of 998h – Platform Rules for Brazilian Players

By accessing the platform 998h, create an account, make a deposit, participate in any game, or accept any promotion, you are automatically agreeing to these Terms and all related documents, including the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each game or promotion.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform. The 998h reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. O 998h conducts identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) for all members. Documents may be requested at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above R$ 1,000.00. The most commonly requested documents are: national ID (RG) or driver's license (CNH) (front and back), proof of residence issued within the last 90 days, and proof of ownership of the Pix key used for withdrawal.

Each member of the 998h may have only one active account, linked to your CPF. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited, whether using the same CPF, different email addresses, or any other distinct details. Duplicate accounts identified by 998h's verification system will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the cancellation of any pending balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. O 998h reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that:

• Fail to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.

O 998h accepts deposits exclusively through Brazilian payment methods. The currently available methods are:

All account balances are expressed in BRL. No currency conversion is applied. The 998h does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not process transactions in USD, EUR, or any currency other than BRL.

O 998h processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix, with no fees. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL). For fully verified accounts (complete KYC), the processing time is 2 to 5 minutes for amounts up to R$ 100,000.00.

For withdrawals above R$ 100,000.00, the financial team at 998h contacts the member within 24 hours to coordinate payment, which may be split across multiple Pix transfers in accordance with the operational limits of the financial institutions involved.

Conditions that may delay or prevent a withdrawal from being processed:

• KYC not completed – documentation pending submission or validation;
• Bonus balance for which the wagering requirement has not yet been fully met;

• Pix key provided does not match the CPF registered on the account (requires additional validation);
• First withdrawal after a change in banking details (48-hour security period).

• Wagering requirement (rollover): Every bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance can be converted into withdrawable funds. The requirement is specified in each offer (for example, 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount received);

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For any disputes not resolved through support, the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, SP, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
