From Gold level onward, you get a personal VIP manager on WhatsApp. They know your history and handle any situation directly — no queues, no runaround.
Exclusive 998h tournaments for VIP members feature prize pools in BRL reaching R$ 50,000.00 per competition, with free entry for eligible members.
Diamond members receive monthly gifts shipped physically to their registered address. From a birthday bonus to a monthly treat, 998h recognizes your loyalty.

There are plenty of platforms out there that promise a VIP program but deliver very little in practice. The 998h was built on a different premise: the benefits have to make real sense for Brazilian players in their daily lives, not just look good on a marketing page.
Weekly cashback is perhaps the most tangible benefit that the 998h VIP Program offers. While most platforms require you to manually claim cashback, wait for approval, and still deal with high rollover requirements, at 998h the amount drops straight into your balance every Saturday, automatically. At Bronze you already start with 3% on the week's wagers. By the time you reach Diamond, that percentage goes up to 15% – which on a volume of R$ 10,000.00 wagered means R$ 1,500.00 back in your pocket, no questions asked.
Another standout feature is withdrawal speed. Any player who has ever waited days to receive their winnings knows how frustrating that is. At 998h, from Silver level onwards, Pix withdrawals are processed with priority. That means you skip the regular queue entirely. Saturday night, Sunday morning, public holiday — whenever you want to cash out, Pix delivers. Diamond members have no daily limit at all: withdrawals are unlimited.
The dedicated VIP manager, available from Gold level onward, is a service very few platforms in Brazil genuinely offer. At 998h, that manager is a real person with an active WhatsApp, someone who knows your gaming profile and is ready to handle any situation without you having to go through general support. Whether you have an issue with a bet, want to understand a promotion better, or need to adjust something on your account, it's one direct message to someone who already knows your history.
Exclusive tournaments for VIP members of 998h happen regularly, especially on weekends when big matches are on. These are slots, poker, and Sports Betting tournaments with real BRL prize pools and no entry fee for eligible members. There have already been themed tournaments during the Brasileirão, the Copa do Brasil, and even MMA events. It's an extra layer of excitement that turns an ordinary weekend into something far more thrilling.
For those at the top, the Diamond level at the 998h also includes monthly physical gifts shipped to your registered address. It might be a football collectible, an accessory, an experience voucher – 998h keeps the surprises rotating. It's a small detail that shows the platform genuinely sees its most loyal members differently, not just as numbers on a screen.
The 998h VIP Program is also completely transparent about progression. You can see in real time how much you've wagered and how much more you need to reach the next level. There are no hidden criteria, no subjective review windows. The platform calculates everything based on valid bets and shows you the numbers openly. Once you hit the volume required for Gold, you become Gold right then — no waiting for a manual review or a confirmation email that takes days.
At the end of the day, what sets the 998h VIP apart is the combination of practical benefits with execution that actually works. Automatic cashback, fast Pix, a real manager, BRL-denominated tournament prizes, and transparent progression. If you already play online regularly, it makes sense to do it on a platform that recognizes and rewards your loyalty in a meaningful way. That's what the 998h delivers.
Real experiences from players who are part of the program
"I reached Gold at 998h two months ago and I've had a VIP manager on WhatsApp ever since. I've already sorted out two issues that would have taken days anywhere else. Having that level of support really is worth it."
"What I love about 998h cashback is that it just shows up in my account — I don't have to do a thing. Every week there's a little money coming back. It feels small at first, but it really adds up over the month. I'm a big fan of that."
"I joined a VIP poker tournament at 998h during the Libertadores. I finished third and walked away with an extra R$ 2,800.00. Entry was free for Silver members. I wasn't expecting that at all – it was great."
